This quick and easy recipe for fish curry is bound to be a success even if it’s your first attempt at Indian Cuisine.
1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and gently fry the onion and garlic for about 5 min. until soft. Add the curry paste and stir-fry for 1-2 min., then tip in the tomatoes and stock.
